In connection with the implementation of the Monitoring and Assessment of DPPM Kemdiktisaintek Research Progress Reports / Internal Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of Research Projects for Fiscal Year 2026, and in accordance with the 2026 DPPM Kemdiktisaintek Research Contract between the Principal Investigator and the Head of the USU Research Institute, under which participation in the research implementation Monev is a requirement for the disbursement of the second phase of research funding, the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) will conduct the Internal Monitoring and Evaluation.
The Internal Monev will be held from September 9 to 11, 2026, in a hybrid format at the USU LPPM Building.
The schedule and assigned reviewers can be accessed through https://simpel.usu.ac.id/.
Please note that the Principal Investigator is required to attend the Internal Monev. If the Principal Investigator is unable to attend, they must issue a Power of Attorney authorizing a member of the research team to attend on their behalf. The Power of Attorney must be acknowledged by the respective faculty’s Vice Dean III and submitted to LPPM USU one (1) day prior to the Monev.
