With due respect, in reference to the letter from the Director of Research and Community Service No. 1024/DST/C3/DT.05.00/2026 dated August 14, 2026, concerning the Notification of the Deadline for Uploading the 2026 Research Program Progress Report (attached), the 2026 DPPM research project leaders are hereby requested to promptly upload their Progress Reports and Statement of Responsibility for Expenditure (SPTB) for the use of 80% of the allocated funds through their respective BIMA accounts no later than August 28, 2026.
Following the completion of the Progress Report upload period, LPPM will conduct an internal research monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process to assess the progress of research implementation. The schedule for the M&E activities will be announced at a later date.
