With respect, with reference to the letter from the Director of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) Number 1020/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated September 15, 2025, regarding the Notification of Internal Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) for Research Fiscal Year 2025, and in accordance with the DPPM Kemendiktisaintek Research Contract of 2025 between the Lead Researcher and the Head of the USU Research Institution, wherein the requirement for the disbursement of Phase II research funds is the participation in the research implementation Monev.
In this regard, the Research Institution will conduct an Internal Monev which will be held from October 16 to October 17, 2025, at the USU Research Institution Building.
The schedule and Reviewers can be viewed on the page https://simpel.usu.ac.id/. We wish to remind you that the Lead Researcher is required to attend the Internal Monev; if unable to attend, they are required to create a Power of Attorney assigned to a Research Member, acknowledged by the Vice Dean III of the respective faculty, and submitted to the USU Research Institution one (1) day prior to the execution of the Monev.
