Dear Sir/Madam,

Referring to DRPM Letter Number: 365/DST/C3/DT.06.01/2026 dated April 29, 2026, regarding the Notification of Proposal and Budget Plan Revision for the 2026 Research, Community Service, RIKUB, and Nusantara Arts Innovation Programs (attached), we hereby inform all Principal Investigators to immediately revise their proposals and budget plans (RAB) in accordance with the approved funding and reviewer notes available on each respective BIMA account no later than May 12, 2026.

In relation to this matter, we have also attached the derivative contract number for each principal investigator (attached).
